To meet the requirements of Australian Standards AS4815 and AS4817 and Achieve accreditation from the appropriate body such as the Australian Medical association all sterilising equipment must be initially validated and then re-validated on a regular basis of not longer than 12 month intervals.
High Technology Control validation procedures meet the requirements of and are accepted by accreditation bodies such as AGPAL.
To ensure that you have the most economical method of maintaining your validation and ensuring your equipment is in perfect working order a low cost maintenance contract is the obvious choice.

Our Silver and Gold Service Agreements enable you to know, with confidence, that your autoclaves are maintained to the highest level possible by manufacture trained technicians, while better predicting your maintenance cost with included general part replacement.
We also give you peace of mind knowing that should your unit fail HTC Medical will do everything possible to ensure your downtime is minimized. Should we not be able to repair your equipment within a reasonable time we will make a loan unit available to you with the same general functionality (subject to availability).
To comply with Australian Standards AS/NZS 4815 you must have your sterilizer serviced & the sterilizing process validated annually at an absolute minimum. Bi annual Calibration Inspections are required based off the history of the sterilizer. As well as the required and relevant tests performed by Sterilizer Operators.
If your practice is accredited with bodies such as AGPAL, RACGP you risk losing your accreditation by not having this performed.
